Technological and operational innovations that could be achieved in the long term (2012-2020) will have their impact on future work and competences of aviation professionals such as air traffic controllers, airline planners and pilots. The symposium on Human Factors for Aviation will focus on how technological and operational developments in aviation can be optimized from a human factors point of view. This event aims to connect stakeholders, including researchers, educators, systems designers, industry and policymakers.
