How to facilitate peer support through an automated matchmaking system to optimize cognitive load during knowledge sharing in Learning Networks

Kennisdeling is de kern van wederzijdse hulp in leernetwerken, maar het delen van kennis kost de nodige moeite. In dit onderzoek wordt gekeken hoe we wederzijdse hulp zo kunnen inrichten dat de cognitieve belasting bij kennisdeling binnen de perken wordt gehouden.
