Cultural Philosophy from ideological perspectives

This course consists of the following four components:

• An analysis of some of the elements in Western culture that form the basis of the sense of crisis which is widely experienced today.
• Historical and systematic introduction to humanist, catholic, reformist, islamic and jewish thought.
• A discussion of a number of topics originating in the current sense of crisis from diverse ideological and/or religious perspectives.
• As a case study, the treatment of the theme of ideology and education from diverse ideological and/or religious perspectives.
