Science and practice
In almost every module, there will be explicit attention for the link between science and practice. Each module is designed around 3 recurring elements:
- Exploring current theory and research
- An expert opinion on issues in Anthrozoology
- A practical assignment that will take you into the rich field of professional practices around human-animal interactions, most notably animal assisted interventions
How long it takes
A module will require approximately 16 hours to complete.
On successfully completing a course certificate you will need to complete all the tasks as well as the tutor-marked assignment of a module.
No entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements. We have made efforts to make all the material accessible and understandable for anyone interested in human-animal interactions. Moreover, you can start a module at any time and study at your own pace (with a maximum of 3 months per module).
Price per module
The price per module is € 125,-. The price for the whole package of 9 short courses is € 995,-.
