Lecture series: 'Boundless Laughter? Humor and Freedom of Expression'

In his lecture Godioli will focus on how judges set out to draw a line between satire and defamation, dark humour and incitement, or parody and Intellectual Property infringement. Particular attention will be placed on how insights from the humanities can set the basis for a fairer, context-sensitive approach to humor in court.
