Linking Sports with Employability - University of Trento takes part in trials of RAGE games and game components
Research shows that students and athletes who are able to demonstrate the acquisition of skills learned, applied and adapted through sport and are then able to transfer such skills to another context, are perceived as highly employable by recruiters and employers. On this basis, the University of Trento (UNITN) has started innovative training activities which combine sport practise with training of transversal skills for employability.

RAGE is working with UNITN in creating a game that involves specific experiential training activities that are relevant for finding a job. The game which will be trialled this month is aimed at training students in three key soft skills to enhance their employability: conflict management, team working and leadership.
