Complaints about Undesirable conduct
If you are dealing with undesirable behavior such as bullying, (sexual) intimidation, aggression or discrimination or unfair treatment by an employee of the Open University, you can contact a confidential counsellor to discuss and investigate a suitable solution.
If this does not lead to a solution for you, you can submit a formal complaint. A Confidential counsellor can help you with this. The Joint Complaints Procedure for Undesirable conduct of the Open Universiteit, Maastricht University and Hogeschool Zuyd applies. In the procedure you will find a description of the complaint procedure and the requirements for admissibility.
