Covid-19 has drastically affected our ways of working and organizing. What does the pandemic mean for our working lives? And are changes as aa consequence of Covid-19 only temporary or more permanent as well? How can we overcome the new challenges? What are the latest insights from research in the field of Work and Organization Psychology? These and other questions are addressed during the scientific WAOP webinar that is organized as a replacement of the yearly WAOP conference. This two-hour webinar is scheduled for Friday November 20, 2020 at 14:00 and is organized by the Open University.

Covid-19 related research in work and organizational psychology

The general theme of the WAOP Webinar is Covid-19 related research in the field of work and organizational psychology. Specific themes that will be covered are well-being at work, adaptability, leadership, job crafting and working from home, all related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Through a keynote and interactive parallel sessions, we bring together (inter)national scholars and professionals in the field. The aim is to learn about and discuss the work-related impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

How to participate

Join the webinar and registrate before Sunday November 15, 2020. Participation is free of charge for WAOP members. The fee for non-members is €25,-. This fee includes the WAOP membership for 2021.
