In addition to the Open Universiteit and its long-standing partners Fernuniversität in Hagen (Germany), Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (Spain), Universidade Aberta (Portugal) and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (Spain) as lead partner and coordinating institution, the consortium is further formed by Bifröst University (Iceland), Daugavpils University (Latvia, on-campus), Hellenic Open University (Greece), Open University of Cyprus (Cyprus), and St. Cyril and St. Methodius University of Veliko Tarnovo (Bulgaria, on-campus).
