Unwanted behaviour
At the Open University of the Netherlands all our staff and students should be able to work in a safe and comfortable environment. In such an environment there is no place for any disturbing or unwanted behaviour. Examples are a bullying, harassment (sexual or otherwise), inequality, aggression/violence and discrimination.

Confidential counsellors

There are three trained and certified confidential counsellors available at the OUNL. They serve as a contact person for anyone who has been confronted with unwanted or disturbing behaviour in their study or work environment. The counsellors are there to offer you advice and support, or just share your concern. All consultations will be strictly confidential and no further steps will be taken without your permission.
