Research in the field of management sciences takes place within the framework of the integrated research programme 'Learning and Innovation for Resilience and Sustainability' (LIRS).

The research programme 'Learning and Innovation for Resilience and Sustainability' strives for rigorous, impactful, state-of-the-art multidisciplinary research to address modern societal developments and challenges. The main focus of the LIRS research programme (2021-2027) is the mulitdisciplinary analysis of resilient and sustainable complex systems and the question of how learning and innovation unfold in these systems. The programme distinguishes four research brances: Learning, Innovation, Resilience and Sustainability.
